Frustrated by the Mental Load?
You love your family. You also sometimes fantasize about disappearing into a hotel room where nobody needs anything from you.
If the invisible work of keeping your family running is creating resentment, exhaustion, or constant arguments in your relationship, you're not alone.
The solution is not to “suck it up” or resent your partner. The solution is to rebalance the mental load.
Here’s how it works:
01 — Take the quiz
Discover your Mental Load Archetypes.
02 — Claim your FREE Session
Bring your partner to a free 45-minute Mental Load Debrief Session.
03 — Rebalance your mental load
Continue with “From Resentment to Reset” if you're ready to make lasting change.
01 - Start by discovering your Mental Load Archetypes.
Take the FREE Mental Load Archetype Quiz for a snapshot of how you tend to carry, organize, anticipate, and manage family life. The difference between you two is where the tension lives.
Takes about 5 minutes each.
02 - You’ve both taken the quiz. Now it’s time to start naming the shift.
Claim your FREE MENTAL LOAD DEBRIEF SESSION
This isn't couples therapy. And it's not a lecture about how one partner needs to "do more."
This is a free 45-minute working session for you and your partner to look at how each of you approach the mental load, where things are frustrating, and how you can start creating more breathing room.
You'll leave with a clearer picture of what's driving you both and ideas for what to change.

03- From Resentment to Reset: A Mental Load Rebalancing Program for Couples
Stop having the same fight about the mental load over and over again.
We'll turn the invisible work of running your family into a shared system—with clear ownership, fewer reminders, and a way to adjust when life inevitably changes.
Over three to six sessions, we'll work on:
Part 1
1. Making the Invisible Visible
We’ll start with a super tactical spreadsheet of who’s currently doing what and where we might want things to change.
2. Shifting the Ownership
Change doesn’t happen overnight. We’ll make an onboarding plan to shift ownership in tangible and sustainable ways.
3. Creating a System
Everyone operates differently, whether it’s physical post-it notes or email reminders, we’ll create a chore system that works for you.
Part 2
4. Testing & Iterating
We’ll check in to see what’s working and what isn’t. Iteration is key to finding something that actually works.
5. Building Accountability
Incentives & rewards are what keeps change sustained. We’ll define these together for lasting shifts.
6. Sustaining the Change
You’ve got your spreadsheets and reminders in place. In this session, we’ll determine what support is needed to make it all last.
By the end of these six sessions, you will have:
A clear picture of who currently owns what
A new division of responsibilities that both partners agree to
A way of managing tasks that doesn't require one person to remember, notice, assign, and remind
A plan for transitioning responsibilities without everything falling apart
A way to handle the inevitable “I thought you were doing it” moments
A system for checking in and adjusting without having the same fight every week
Tools you’ll receive: templates, worksheets, household inventory, ownership map, transition planner, system-builder, and check-in templates
Investment: $250/session.

Working with Sami has been game changing for our relationship and family. I continue to be blown away at Sami's ability to truly see and connect with both of us in our differences, help us see each other and honor each other's strengths in new ways, and set up tangible structures, roadmaps and prototypes that we are actively using to build the life we desire. Thank you, Sami!

Even the quiz alone helped me realize that my husband is thinking about things, he's just thinking about different things. This helps me have more compassion and less resentment.
