Couples Coaching for Toddler Parents

Having a toddler can feel like living in constant survival mode—just getting through the next nap, meal, or meltdown can be all-consuming. It’s hard to come up for air and ask yourself what you really want when your to-do list is already overflowing.

Then one day, you look at each other and wonder: “What happened to US?”

Join us for six-weeks of couple’s coaching to turn your chaos into choreography.

You’ll map out:

  • Your vision & values

  • Your daily routines

  • Your shared mental load

  • Your inner worlds & desired connection

  • Your shared path forward

We know lining up childcare is tough, so joining either individually or as a couple will be valuable. Take-home reflection guides are included to ensure both partners are involved.

Privacy note: These sessions will be a combination of individual reflection and small group sharing. While it’s hugely valuable to hear from others, you also won’t be asked to share anything you aren’t comfortable sharing.

What Participants are Saying

  • Sami created a wonderful vulnerable space in this group. It was amazing to see what insights came out through hearing about the experiences of other parents.

  • Sami's group provided the much needed time and space for me to reflect on this stage in my life. Hearing other parents share similar sentiments and challenges made me feel validated. Sami is a wonderful facilitator.

  • So often in social settings, it's easy to talk about how our kids are growing, or what activities we have signed up for them. Here, we have the space to talk about parenting as it relates to us as individuals, not just as caretakers of our little ones.
