Mental Load Rebalancing
Unpack the stories behind the labor. One person notices where to step up, while the other notices where to step back. The end result goes beyond a chore list.
Connecting Communication
We will slow down time to notice sensations in your body, the stories quietly running in the background, and reveal the unmet needs waiting to be said to one another.
All packages start with 6-9 sessions. I generally meet with clients once a week for one hour sessions. However, you can choose to use all of your coaching hours in the same week for a Relationship Offsite, as featured in the SF Standard.
Investment: My hourly rate for couples coaching is $250.

Parenthood Stages

Amid juggling the endless tasks of keeping a new human alive, supporting each other will be key to managing evolving responsibilities and ensuring both of you cope well. I’ll help you gain clarity ahead of time on roles, expectations, community support and how to manage stress.

Having school aged children is a different ball game. As their independence increases, so does your own. I’ll help you explore how you want to spend this new found time and what new rhythms can be put in place so everyone in the family contributes and gets their needs met.

Teenagers spark all kinds of new fears and doubts within ourselves as parents. I’ll work with you to build self-compassion practices so that the you can show up for your teen as the most grounded version of yourself.
